I used Rendering Trivia for rendering works to my own house and I am really happy with the result. As an architect, I do notice the details, the preparation and how people work on site. Ismen was great at coordinating everything and communication was clear throughout. Artur was the main person carrying out the work and he was excellent. He was polite, tidy, careful and clearly cared about getting the finish right. They also went above and beyond by changing my vent face to black at no extra cost, which was a small detail but made a big difference to the overall look. Rendering Trivia provided a fantastic and professional service and I really would recommend them to anyone considering External Wall Insulation. They were extremely supportive in the planning stages, providing advice and also taking time to listen to our needs without any pressure or need to make a decision quickly. We’re so happy with the finished result, and it’s made a huge improvement to the physical appearance of the property, but more importantly to the way that it retains heat. Some pictures are included, showing the house on day one, and then after the work was finished. Our house was built with solid brick walls, and with a young child we needed to make sure the house stayed warm. The difference after the insulation was installed was amazing, with rooms staying warmer for longer. An added bonus is that the house is noticeably quieter, with road noise reduced. The team were professional and worked very efficiently on the install, making sure the site was always tidy and accessible while they were here.
